Pastor Reginald has successfully completed graduate-level courses at the university in the disciplines of Religion, Philosophy, Psychology, Counseling, humanities and World Religion. Furthermore, all members and partnering associates* within the institution and practices of I AM MINISTRIES are either institutionally ordained (and notarized) or have fulfilled the necessary hours and requirements mandated to serve, participate, and lead effectively within the ministerial by-laws of the institution and its capacity.
Is I AM MINISTRIES a 501 (c)(3) organization?
Yes. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS, the State of Ohio, as well as attorney general also classified as 509 (a)(2) charitable and tax-deductible for donors and sponsorships related to fundraising activities.
Is pastor Reginald qualified through certification or institution to preform baptisms, conduct funerals or solemnize weddings?
Yes, of course. Pastor Reginald, and I AM MINISTRIES can conduct religious ceremonies and community activities, including church services, outreach, and fundraising. In addition, we can ordain, certify and notarize within the functional capacities of the I AM MINISTRIES corporation.
Is Pastor Reginald, and or I AM MINISTRIES sponsored/funded or affiliated under (any) hierarchal church entities or religious institutions?
No. I AM MINISTRIES is a sovereign religious institution that operates independently within its own properties and rights, adhering to the applicable laws and bylaws of the state and constitutional principles and practices. Consequently, I AM MINISTRIES maintains its (private & public) operational existence separately from other religious institutions, churches and or ministerial entities, but reserves the right (not limited) to engaging in community collaborations and events, such as charity fundraising, outreach ministries, combined church practices, community promotions, philanthropy organizations, donor and or sponsored guidance programs which may include calls to action and or advocacy.
Does your ministry believe in the Holy Trinity?
Absolutely! God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are as one, embodying a divine unity that transcends human understanding. This triune relationship signifies not only their co-existence but also their interdependence and perfect harmony, showcasing the essence of love, grace, and power in the Christian faith. Believers find comfort and strength in this profound mystery,* recognizing that through Jesus, humanity is offered a pathway to a deeper connection with the divine, and that the Holy Spirit serves as a guiding presence, such that empowering individuals can know, embrace and live in accordance with God’s will.
